Product Overview
Fulton’s C-Model vertical coil design thermal fluid (hot oil) heater provides a compact, fuel-fired, 4-pass heater design capable of reaching temperatures up to 750°F (400°C). Heater sizes range from 800,000 BTU/hr to 14 Million BTU/hr output, and they can be combined in modular engineered systems to accommodate applications of any size. Fulton heaters are engineered for durability and maintain low thermal fluid film temperatures, ensuring long-lasting system performance.

Fulton’s C-Model thermal fluid heater is designed and built to rigorous standards, providing the lowest total cost of ownership. A heavy-wall double coil design guarantees unparalleled coil life and operating efficiency in all applications.
- Maximum Efficiency
Achieve industry-leading efficiencies in a compact footprint with the double helical coil, four-pass design. This design provides operational savings and simplifies installation due to its space-saving characteristics. - Fully Integrated Air Preheating Economizer
The fully integrated air preheating economizer serves dual purposes: it maintains cool jacket temperatures, minimizing heat loss to the mechanical room, and recovers energy from exhaust gases, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing fuel consumption. - Long-Lasting Durability
The C-Model stands out in the thermal fluid industry thanks to advanced CFD modeling and decades of proven reliability. It’s the rugged, robust, and reliable choice for heaters. - Extended Fluid Life
Flue gases pass each coil on both sides, ensuring even heat transfer to the fluid. This process effectively reduces the fluid’s peak film temperature, thereby extending its lifespan.
